Once we have received your order, your bra straps will be sent out to you within 3 working days. However, should you need your bra straps urgently for a particular function, please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail and we will do our best to get them to you in time for the occasion.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products we cannot offer you a refund. We would be happy to exchange your bra straps within 14 days since your purchase should the product is defective. However, the items should be new and have original packaging.
